Where do our consultations/meetings take place?
The meetings take place at the location of the customer. That's the great part about La Granson. The customer doesn't come to us, we go to the customer.

How are the customers acquired?
We are provided with leads of business customers that we are responsible for. We take care of the entire state of Cape Town and have partners all over the country.
We have 2 responsibilities:
1. We make sure our existing customers are happy and their needs are fulfilled.
2. Acquire new business customers for our client. -
Are there set paths for employees?
All of our managers started out as Account Representative and Management Trainees and followed a clearly defined career path that took them to where they are today.

Where are you looking to expand?
Since opening our doors in October 2007, we have already expanded into 30 locations. We are looking to continue our growth throughout the country and internationally.

What kind of marketing do you do?
La Granson provides a more personal connection between our customers and clients. Indirect marketing (Telemarketing, Television ads, Billboards, etc) lacks the face to face contact that customers desire. We believe our customers want to do business with a friendly face and a smile, which is what we provide.
