Where do our consultations/meetings take place?
The meetings take place at the location of the customer. That’s the great part about La Granson. The customer doesn’t come to us, we go to the customer.
Where are you looking to expand?
Since opening our doors in October 2007, we have already expanded into 30 locations. We are looking to continue our growth throughout the country and internationally.
How are the customers acquired?
We are provided with leads of business customers that we are responsible for. We take care of the entire state of Johannesburg and we do all of the consultations face-to-face. We have 2 responsibilities, 1. make sure our existing customers are happy and their needs are fulfilled 2. acquire new business customers for our client.
Where are you looking to expand?
La Granson provides a more personal connection between our customers and clients. Indirect marketing (Telemarketing, Television ads, Billboards, etc) has the face to face contact that customers desire. We believe our customers want to do business with a friendly face and a smile, which is what we provide.
Are there set paths for employees?
All of our managers started out as Account Representative and Management Trainees and followed a clearly defined career path that took them to where they are today.
Where are you looking to expand?
On average, employees advance to a management position in 5 to 18 months. An exceptional work ethic, a great student mentality, and an overall eagerness to succeed will allow an individual to advance more rapidly.
